Since the early days of System Management Server (SMS), the application has used numerous log files for tracking and troubleshooting purposes. This appendix discusses how to enable logging as well as listing the log files used by specific Configuration Manager (ConfigMgr) 2012 components. Little has actually changed in logging from ConfigMgr 2007, and even System Management Server (SMS) 2003 for that matter.
