Where next?

Once you have generated some action steps together, you can use the STAGES model (Chapter 4, page 45) to give useful feedback on the proposal. You can then use the GOLD model (Chapter 2, page 15) for follow up and review – for example, following the meeting with Riaz. This allows you to maximize learning by utilizing the way that adults normally develop – from experience. Set a date and time to talk together again after the meeting.
