Synopsis
These settings apply to icons displayed on the Desktop, in folder windows, and elsewhere. Paint, discussed in Chapter 4, can be used to create and edit icon files.

Control Panel → Display → Appearance tab → Advanced → choose “Selected Items” from the “Item” list
