Search the Microsoft Knowledge Base
The Microsoft Knowledge Base puts you in control of finding your own solutions. You get to narrow your search by product and specific words. For instance, as shown in Figure A-6, you can search Windows Vista Home Premium for problems related to networking with Windows XP–based PCs. The results offer 155 problems and solutions.
