A
- activity diagram
A model used to visually describe complex flow, often used to supplement Use Cases. Uses symbols similar to those used in Process Flows but shows user actions and system responses in the same diagram.

- affinity diagram
A diagram that simply organizes items into related groups. A good way to quickly structure large amounts of information into smaller groups during elicitation. Often used in brainstorming sessions and works well if you apply Miller’s Magic Number to it.
