Defining Stakeholders

At birth, we are given the gift of life. This gift amounts to an average of 79 years for a person born in 2012.464 The gift is priceless. Economists value it at $5,530,000. For most of us, it is the most important asset we will ever have.

What we make of the birth gift is largely dependent on the choices we make. But, that it is not the whole story by a long shot. There are people, organizations, societal structures and luck that weigh in and make a big difference on our life course.
