Welcome back, Portal Master! You’ve arrived just in time—the future of Skylands is in grave peril.
That most despicable of pointy-toothed villains, Kaos, has finally succeeded in overthrowing Master Eon at Skylanders Academy. Far away in the Land of the Undead, the greatest Portal Master of all time is powerless, imprisoned in crystal inside a desolate castle overseen by Count Moneybone (see Figure 1.1). Meanwhile, his faithful crew of Mabu heroes are locked away in a jail cell on a transport ship, guarded by trolls!
