Satisfaction Assessment Metrics

Now, at the end of stage four in the consulting process, we have one last opportunity to assess the client’s level of satisfaction with our entire consulting effort. There are a number of ways this can be done:

  • Face-to-face, in the context of a final status review and administrative closure meetings
  • With end users as they provide feedback on solution efficacy
  • By assessing the degree of acceptance amongst management of the consultant’s solutions and recommendations
  • By administering surveys at the end of a consulting engagement
