Before you know it, it’s time for the project retrospective. Everyone’s arrived by the time you appear, everyone except Jason, that is.
“Glad to see you’re here already!” you say with a smile. “We’re scheduled to start in five minutes, so there’s time to get a drink before we start.”
“We won’t make it to the bar and be back in time,” says Matt. Ash sniggers, while Ben looks dead serious.
Jason arrives on time but remains standing by the door. You invite him to take a seat.
