Update Apps
As with any other software, the developers of apps that you obtain from the App Store may release updates from time to time, to address bug fixes or add new features to their apps. You can update your apps either directly from an iPhone or from iTunes.
Update from an iPhone
If any updates are available, you should see a number badge attached to the App Store icon (Figure 5-3) and to the Updates icon at the bottom of the App Store screen.
