Deploying User Data and Profiles Configuration Items
Recall that the Enable User and Data Profiles client settings must be enabled for any of these settings to take effect (refer to the “User Data and Profiles Prerequisites” section earlier in this chapter). Unlike traditional configuration items, there is no need to add User Data and Profile configurations to a baseline to deploy. Follow these steps to deploy a User Data and Profiles configuration to a collection of users:
1. In the ConfigMgr console, navigate to Assets and Compliance -> Compliance Settings -> User Data and Profiles. Select the desired configuration in the Details pane, and select Deploy from the ribbon bar.
2. Review the deployment details dialog, as shown in Figure 3.14
