Deployment
These are the steps to deploy this application:

Download and unzip the sample files.

Ensure that Saxon is properly installed and available from the command line as saxon. The following 
saxon.bat file can be used to run Saxon directly from the command line in a Windows environment:
@java com.icl.saxon.StyleSheet %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9 |

Ensure that the SOAP application from Chapter 15 is installed and functioning properly on the local system.

Use the instructions from the “Putting It All Together” section to submit a test batch using the OrderDB.xml document included with the example files.
