Chapter 2. DMAIC: The Basic Six Sigma Roadmap
What you will learn in this chapter is the DMAIC problem-solving approach used by green belts. This is the roadmap that is followed for all projects and process improvements. Which tools are used and what statistics are needed are dictated by each project. Appendix A has a Six Sigma Statistical Tool Finder Matrix to assist in picking the correct tool.
