To this point you have focused on the content of a slideshow and how to make that content as effective as possible. The time soon comes, however, when you have to make the presentation. This section focuses on things you can do to entire slides or groups of slides as you get your slides ready for a presentation.

Using the Slide Sorter

A great way to get an overview of your slideshow and to rearrange slides in their proper sequence is to use the Slide Sorter. Click the Slide Sorter tab at the right side of the screen, or choose View, Slide Sorter (see Figure 35.1).
