1.10 DISCRETE TIME SYSTEMS

The classifications of discrete time signals have been introduced. Let us introduce discrete time systems. A device or an algorithm which performs some particular operations on the discrete time signal is known as a discrete time system. Figure 1.24 shows the input and output of a discrete time system.
