12.10 NOTCH FILTER

A filter which contains one or more notches or ideally perfect nulls in its frequency response characteristics is known as a notch filter. The frequency response characteristics of a notch filter is shown in Fig. 12.36 having two null frequency ω0 and ω1 Amplitudes are zero at null frequency.
