Exercise
Using a flowchart or diagrams, document one of the business processes that is part of your working world. You can do this using Microsoft Office Visio, or you can leverage the power of paper and pen. If you have not done flowchart diagramming before, approach this exercise from the concept of pictures. Figures 1.6 and 1.7 provide examples.
