Welcome back! Thanks for marking your calendar and remembering to re-open the book and dive into our Chapter 11 on Christmas programming. This chapter was not written in the eleventh hour but is, in fact, the eleventh chapter because it deals with special holiday programming. I had earlier thought that a chapter on, say, Christmas programming should go with the other programming materials. Upon review, that would have been a virtual exit sign to put the book down and stop reading midway through.
