Creating a Stakeholder Communication Plan

The success of a project often depends as much on the stakeholders and their perceptions as it does on the project manager and real work. A terrible mistake that many people make as they manage development projects for learning events is that they neglect to communicate proactively with the stakeholders. A stakeholder communication plan lays the groundwork for consensus and buy-in on an ongoing basis.
