GESTALT CONSULTING STANCE
Over the years, the Gestalt consulting stance has evolved as the consummation of Gestalt OD theory. It includes the core concepts that permeate the Gestalt OD practice, while codifying the practice as a stance to be taken by the OD practitioner.
