Books, Batches, and Bursting
One thing that will improve the use of your reposting tool is understanding how Financial Reports can help with report distribution. Even if the reports run quickly, it will not help you if people are clicking constantly to run each report. The Financial Reports tool provides great ways to generate and group the reports for distribution. They are Books, Batches, and Batch Bursting. When you create one of these in Workspace, you just have to create a new document. Figure 4-5 shows the options you have when creating a book.
