This chapter covers the second process within the MSP transformational flow, Defining a Programme, which follows on from Chapter 3's Identifying a Programme. The Defining a Programme process is, broadly speaking, where you carry out the detailed work to plan the programme. I lead you step-by-step through deciding the programme's aims, understanding its various processes and planning it.
