Unattended-Setup Answer Files

Unattended-setup answer files for Windows XP Professional support three types of basic Internet Explorer customizations. First, you can add shortcuts to the Web browser’s Favorites menu. Second, you can configure the Web browser’s proxy settings. Last, you can configure important URLs, such as the user’s home page. The following sections describe the sections and settings for customization. For Windows XP Setup to use these settings, set BrandIEUsingUnattended=Yes in your answer file, as shown in Example 10-3.
