The WCF Project Template
You can use Visual Studio to create a WCF service project in much the same way as you define other projects (File, New, Project). From the Add New Project dialog box, you can select the WCF node under either C# or Visual Basic. This enables you to choose a WCF service project template. Figure 19.17 shows this dialog box.
