You can see the sites and/or distribution lists of which a person is a member on the Memberships tab. This page (MyMemberships.aspx) is located in the _LAYOUTS directory of the Microsoft SharePoint hive, which makes it more challenging to modify because you cannot use SharePoint Designer to modify the file. Although it is nice to be able to see the sites of which a person is a member, there is an issue with the way this feature works.
