Chapter 41. Keeping a Contacts List

When you use the Address Book to address a message, Outlook displays the contacts list. You can use the contacts list to maintain not only the e-mail addresses of friends and associates, but also their phone numbers, addresses, Web page addresses, nicknames, birthdays, and much more (Figure 41.1).

You can view the contacts list by clicking Contacts on the Outlook bar or by clicking the Contacts folder in the Folder list (Figure 41.2).
