Chapter 21. Email

Since electronic mail (email) first became available, it has been the centerpiece of most people’s Internet use. Entourage is the Office 2008 program that handles your email needs. Using Entourage, you can exchange messages with anyone who has an email address, attach files to messages, organize incoming and outgoing mail, and link email to other items.

In addition to email, Entourage can manage your contacts (Chapter 22), schedule (Chapter 23), to-do list (Chapter 24), and notes (Chapter 25). Entourage is also a capable newsgroup reader (Chapter 26) and Office’s command central for project tracking (Chapter 30).
