Choosing Between RDA and Merge Replication
This chapter has looked at both RDA and merge replication used with SQL Server CE. When designing an application that is to use both SQL Server CE and SQL Server, you have to choose between RDA and merge replication as ways of sharing data between the central database and the smart device application. To help you make this choice, Table 17-21 compares some of the features of each.
