On-Premise Support

On-Premise support differs decidedly from Online support in that it is not free. In fact, when you first purchase CRM On-Premise, you are given three support tickets that you can access via the CustomerSource page, as shown in Figure 31.7.

Tip

Refer back to Figure 31.6 to see the link to the CustomerSource page located as the first entry in the right-hand column titled ‘Go to CustomerSource.’

Once in CustomerSource, you can create, view, and manage your support tickets by navigating from Support on the left-side navigation, as shown in Figure 31.8.
