Customizing Options and Features
The CRM for Tablets privilege takes the main form of an entity and shows it in optimized manner for tablets. The form is displayed in panorama layout, and users can swipe the screen to look for elements.
The following items are always available (see Figure 17.8):
Navigation bar—This is the first button on the top-left corner of the screen. It displays the navigation links to all the entities that are enabled for CRM tablets and are available on the site map of the CRM web application.
