Migrate Email Router Data
With the new server-side synchronization configuration, there is no need for an email router. Using this migration tool allows you to migrate the data and eliminate the email router.
To perform the migration, follow these steps:
1. From Settings > Email Configuration, select Migrate Email Router Data (see Figure 16.16).

2. The Email Router Data Migration tool opens and prompts you for three files required for the migration process (see Figure 16.17):
a. EncryptionKey.xml
b. Microsoft.Crm.Tools.EmailAgent.SystemState.xml
c. Microsoft.Crm.Tools.EmailAgent.xml
