The Service Activities use Services to define and configure how time and resources will be managed when a user schedules a Service Activity.
For example, consider an IT company that has a service called Network Installation, which might take 3 hours to complete and that requires one of the three technicians to go to the customer’s office.
To set up this service example, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Service area and click Services. Then click the New button on the top navigation. The New Service form appears (see Figure 10.1).
