Sales Literature

Found in the Marketing area, Sales Literature is documentation about your products designed to be used by your sales force to gain deeper knowledge about your products and can be given to customers to drive sales. In addition, Sales Literature can provide specific instructions on how to use a given product or services and can identify competitors.

To create a new piece of Sales Literature, first select New (see Figure 9.17). Enter the title of the literature and the subject from your corresponding Subject Tree.
