Task Activities

Task Activities are those that have some kind of action that doesn’t fall within the other categories (see Figure 7.21). The Task Activity will be the one most commonly used when the work doesn’t fit neatly within the existing Activity types (Appointment, Phone, and so on). As such, the Task Activity is considered the catchall Activity.

An example of a Task Activity might be the preparation of a document or a reminder to yourself to put your golf clubs in your car before you leave in the morning.
