Letter Activities
Letter Activities indicate when a letter has been sent or received (see Figure 7.25). As with faxes, the Letter Activity is designed to have the actual letter associated with it.

If you want to create a letter using mail merge, you can create the letter and then automatically set Activities associated with the merge via Quick Campaign.
