Additional Fields for Contact Records
These fields are invaluable when trying to develop a personal relationship, and the Personal information fields are of great benefit when you need to know salient details about the Contact. The Personal Notes field is used for general information relevant to the Contact that isn’t likely to change (see Figure 6.9).
