As detailed in Figure 4.8, Microsoft now offers three levels of subscriber licenses for Online:
Professional—This is the top-end license available for CRM Online and includes access to the core functionality, the ability to customize and access all modules delivered by Microsoft, and xRM solutions developed in house or by external vendors. At the time of this writing, the price per user per month is $65.
