Managing Your Subscription

Few differences exist between CRM Online and CRM On-Premise related to managing your online subscription. However, two areas specific to CRM Online need to be pointed out:

Both features are available under the administration in CRM itself. To get to the administration page, follow these steps:

1. Click Microsoft Dynamics CRM at the top of the page.

2. From the drop-down navigation, select Settings.

3. From the Settings drop-down menu, select Administration.
