Netbreeze
For social interaction, Microsoft is making an optional addition to Dynamics CRM 2013 called Netbreeze. Figure 2.23 shows Netbreeze within Dynamics CRM.

Netbreeze is a separate and optional component that is not necessary for users of Dynamics CRM 2013.
Netbreeze is designed for social listening, monitoring, and analysis. It leverages some deep analysis features, including data mining and transactional analysis.
