Microsoft is increasing the marketing capability with an optional addition to Dynamics CRM 2013 called MarketingPilot.

When implemented, a Dynamics CRM 2013 will have enterprise capabilities for integrated marketing management. Figure 2.22 shows where to purchase MarketingPilot (http://www.marketingpilot.com).
