iOCMTM: Different Roles: Unique Perspectives

Because all iOCMTM project tasks include a business and organizational outcome metric for success, the requirements of each project role are expanded to include a change agent component. Moreover, the addition of this change agent focus to role responsibilities will not be limited to the project team.
