The first 3 keys to creating a positive impact for your organization and yourself in any job, in any organization are (1) your fit with the key players and with the organization’s culture; (2) your job challenges in relation to your skills, your effort, and the support you receive to do your job; and (3) the quality of your relationships with the key players and others who are important to your survival and success (Figure 2).
