Key Concepts and Building Blocks

This chapter picks out the most important concepts and building blocks that make up content management. If you understand these, then you pretty much understand content management. We focus here on what these key concepts are and why they are important rather than how to implement them or how to embrace them as part of a content management project. Ideally, the practical example in the previous chapter will help you understand the concepts discussed here more easily.
