Tackling a Content Management Project

Previous chapters have looked at the need for content management, the key concepts and building blocks as well as details of content management systems, and how a site might typically evolve toward a CMS. But how do you actually tackle a whole content management project? What are the key stages and deliverables? This chapter looks at how you might tackle a full project to plan, implement, and integrate a CMS solution, concentrating on what you need to do at each stage and what the deliverables are.
