Selecting Vertices, Edges, and Faces

The first thing you need to do to access these mesh elements is to enter Edit Mode through the Interaction Mode selector on the 3D View header, or press Tab on your keyboard. Once you’re in Edit Mode, you’ll be able to select vertices, edges, and faces. In Figure 6.2, you can see their icons on the header.
