11. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems have grown to incorporate a huge diversity of functionality, including topics covered in other parts of this book. In this chapter we discuss ERP systems from a perspective of enabling production and related internal supply chain and logistics operations processes.
