Consider the following: âIn the financial world, we use the term appreciate to mean growing in value. When you master habitual appreciation, you and everything around you grows in value.â Mother Teresa is commonly credited with saying, âThere is more hunger for love and appreciation in this world than for bread.â
What Is Most Important to People?
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce (1986) reported that employees name appreciation as what they most want at work. I know the reference is a bit dated, but it does not matter.
