Sample Training Agendas

10 Steps to Be a Successful Manager makes an excellent text for management development sessions. I wrote the book with its use as a training aid in mind. Each step offers a concept, techniques, and suggestions for applying those techniques. That's also a logical training sequence—present the concept, discuss techniques, practice the techniques. Refer to the discussion questions and suggested activities offered in chapter 3 of this Facilitator's Guide for more ideas.

As I mentioned earlier, my assumption is that you know how to train, so I'm not getting overly prescriptive with the agendas. I assume you'll take the ideas and create your training agendas based on what works best for your managers.
