Making the Most of 10 Steps to Be a Successful Manager

I've created this review based on the assumption that you know how to train people. I won't bore you with fundamental training techniques in this Facilitator's Guide. What I think would be more helpful to you is to share my underlying assumptions and intentions for the material presented in 10 Steps to Be a Successful Manager so you can modify and apply it to suit your needs. That's the kind of background information I most appreciate when I'm planning and preparing for training sessions.
