Security and privacy remain a top issue for most computer users, especially CRM users whose applications may contain sensitive company, customer, and competitive data. There are issues of access to systems, access to data, security of e-mail transmissions, risk management, etc. Moreover, these issues may extend to members of a company's supply/demand chain (e.g., distributors, suppliers) as well as customers.
